Quality fruit plants from our own nursery in Chalakudy, and zero-cost commercial orchard development across Thrissur, Ernakulam and Palakkad.

Our Core Service

We develop your land.
You pay nothing.

If you own unused land in Thrissur, Ernakulam or Palakkad, we develop it into a high-yielding commercial fruit plantation at our complete expense.

We test the soil, plant premium budded saplings, lay drip irrigation and run the orchard for at least 5 to 6 years and up to 10, taking a share of the harvest during that time. Then we hand it back. From that day on we take nothing: the developed land, the mature trees and every future harvest are 100% yours.

*Terms and conditions apply. The client provides the compound wall or fencing and the water source. The term runs for at least 5 to 6 years and up to 10, and we take a share of the harvest only during that term. After it we hand the land back and take no further share — the developed plantation, the mature trees and all future harvests are 100% yours.

How it works

Four steps, then 5 to 10 years of us looking after it

    You get in touch

    Send a WhatsApp message with where the land is and roughly how big it is. That is enough to start.

  2. 02

    We visit and assess

    Soil, water, access, slope. We tell you honestly whether it will work, and which crop suits it.

  3. 03

    We develop and plant

    Clearing, pits, planting and drip lines. Our cost, our labour.

  4. 04

    We care for it, then hand it over

    At least 5 to 6 years of care, up to 10, then the land and the trees are yours.
