Chalakudy, Kerala · Root to Fruit

Jobson Garden — Fruit Plant Nursery & Free Land Plantation in Chalakudy, Kerala. Your unused land, planted.

Premium budded rambutan, planted in neat rows with drip irrigation — at our cost, with our labour.

Years 1–2

Our team cares for it.

Watering, feeding, pruning and pest care, all handled by us. Nothing for you to manage.

Years 3–4

The orchard starts to bear fruit.

Trees fill out, the canopy closes over the path and the first harvests come in.

Years 5–10

Handed back. 100% yours.

After 5 to 10 years we hand back an established, fruit-bearing orchard. The land, the trees and every harvest from then on are yours.

What we do

Two ways we work with you

One side of Jobson Garden grows fruit plants. The other turns idle land into orchards. Most customers start with one — and come back for the other.

Vast green plantation canopy

Sustainable Land Care

We plant and care for your idle land at our cost, then hand back a producing orchard.

Real Roots. Real Yield. A Better Orchard.

Rambutan and mangosteen are what we are known for. The beds also carry abiu, avocado and nutmeg, and what is ready to lift changes through the season — so it is worth asking.
